Terms & Conditions
  1. This contest is open to Singaporeans currently studying, and foreign students currently studying in a local secondary school, junior college, centralised institute, polytechnic or university in Singapore.
  2. This contest is not open to the members of D-Act 2009 Organising Team ("OT") and immediate family members of the OT Members.
  3. The winners of the contest will be decided by the total points scored by the participant. In the event of a tie, the winner will be decided by a lucky draw.
  4. Winners will be notified by email or any other mode as the OT may determine.
  5. The OT reserve the rights to publish the name or any relevant particulars of the winners in any media as it may determine.
  6. All winners must produce their NRIC/passport for identification for the collection of their prize(s). If the winner is unable to personally collect their prize(s), they can give a letter of authorisation to authorise another party to collect on his/her behalf. Identification of the authorised person must be produced.
  7. The OT may at its sole discretion substitute or replace the prize with any other prize of equal or similar value at any time without notice. Prizes are not exchangeable in part or in full.
  8. The OT has the sole and absolute discretion to exclude any accounts from the draw without giving any notice and/or reason, including, without prejudice to the foregoing, the right to exclude accounts which are deemed by The OT in its absolute discretion to be sub-standard, doubtful, bad, delinquent or not conducted in a proper and satisfactory manner.
  9. The OT reserves the right to draw one or more reserve winners at the lucky draw to replace any winner(s) subsequently found to be disqualified.
  10. Should the prize not be claimed by the winner 14 days after the date of notification, it will be awarded to the reserve winner.
  11. Under no circumstances (including, but not limited to non-receipt of notification of winners) shall the winner whose prize has been forfeited be entitled to any compensation whatsoever.
  12. The OT may at its absolute discretion vary the basis of selecting winners from time to time, as it deems fit without notice.
  13. The OT reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions, and to suspend, terminate or vary the lucky draw prize(s) with or without notice to the customers. The mode of notification of suspension, termination or variation shall be at The OT's sole discretion.
  14. The OT is not a supplier of the product(s) offered and shall not bear any liability in relation thereto.
  15. The OT's decision on all matters relating to the draw shall be final and no correspondence will be entertained.
